“Old dated furniture. This property had (3) split units. After multiple tries by both of us we finally got 2 of 3 working. Next up the stove had a gas leak requiring NM Gas to disconnect. The bath photos don’t show the tub being spray painted white and peeling. The shower head only produced a spray pattern the approximate size of a quarter. The host fails to mention the front door opens facing base housing. You will hear revelilie and taps. On the positive side the host responded quickly to both……

“It was a great stay in a friendly, quiet, walkable neighbourhood. Very neat, clean, cozy and well organized place. The pictures are accurate. Checking in and out was easy. Access to highways, shopping and things to do are close and convenient, especially Old Town. Host left clear instructions for guests and plenty of info for local attractions. Locally roasted coffee provided for guests was delicious and a very nice welcoming touch. Very pet-friendly. Our dog loved the place. The patio is very……

“The house is nicely furnished and has great sunset and sunrise views. However, it was not clean. When I brought this to the owner's attention, she was dismissive and then became hostile and said I left too much hair in the shower and my long black hair was everywhere. Apparently, I was also expected to clean before I left.The biggest issues I had were: 1. One bathtub did not drain well. When I got the water to temperature, I went to let the water in the tub drain before starting the shower and……

“Staying here was a great experience. The check in process was easy to follow, the home was very clean and organized. The location was fantastic for visiting anyplace in Albuquerque really, Old Town was basically a block away and within walking distance and the interstate was up the road so easy access to everything. There is off street parking which was wonderful as well. Overall great experience. ”
