“We enjoyed our stay, was nice for our young son to be able to feed the animals onsite. Unfortunately we paid an extra $100 for a 1 hour private spa - I reached out to the company to ask for a refund as we thought this wasn’t acceptable. “We had a lovely time at Raspberry Spring. It's a great base to explore the northern rivers and Byron Bay areas. You really feel like you are very secluded. A bonus was the hosts had some baby goats that we were able to cuddle and feed which was a nice surprise! Incredibly pet friendly too for our mini schnauzer. No fenced off area but easy to walk him around with a lead. Would totally stay again.”

"The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help me sort things out. Ariel and Lachie were very professional and friendly going through the process and made the bad experience a lot less irritating. All other staffs I have had a chance to interact with were all very friendly, if you are thinking of booking please expect there might be minor glitches but the staffs there are going to do their bests to help you through that."
