"We weren't sure what to expect but enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for what we needed to do whilst in Ostersund. We had a number of sled dogs with us and these were accommodated without restriction. I can only give an average score on a number of things as I don't have anything much to compare against. However, the owners/managers were lovely, friendly and helpful and even came to watch at our event that we were taking part in. Down side, our water heater might not have been working too...

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Right from check-in, the staff made us feel warm and welcomed. They were able to accommodate us with an early check-in. We were celebrating my fiancé's birthday and the staff made our stay special. The rooms are well presented and spacious. The breakfast at the hotel is exceptional with a wide selection to cater for all tastebuds. We also enjoyed our time at the Vana Spa which is a must do. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kiruna. The hospitality was faultless."

"Everything was perfect. Such a nice hotel. Highly recommended. The room was perfect. The view from the room with the huge window was amazing. The breakfast was really good with such good quality food. The location is very good with an easy walk to the river and some very nice restaurants. "
