“Dear sir Why did no one tell me that I couldn't bring food to the island and I had to pay extra for it after so many correspondences? Because we booked 10 rooms. So I specifically notified the name of each room. Why was not ready when I arrived at the hotel? Also front desk charged 2 times for our dinner buffet.please make sure refund. Fion from Taiwan ”

“Beautiful room. Plenty of space. Great location. Excellent value for money.”

“Called front desk for questions and no one pick up. So we have to walk there”

“The property is tucked away in a secluded area, exactly what we were looking for. We booked a villa with a private pool, giving us the entire space to ourselves. The villa is spacious, and the staff are helpful and accommodating. Mr. Xinh (the manager, I believe) made sure all the guests were well taken care of. The retreat is very beautiful and lust but it’s so far from the Tam Coc main city, very excluded and quiet property. The bungalow we stayed in was nice but small. We stayed in the 1st one of the 3 bungalows in the same section. The AC didn’t work well and the drain in the restroom smell so badly. The balcony to view the pond is nice but so small we didn’t go out there plus it was so……

“Maybe I should start with my GF and I were cycling a DIY version of the Ha Giang loop. Our stay at Tớ Dày was our fifth evening and also my GF's birthday. It also turned out to be one of the hardest day's we'd faced (a 75km day that had us over 300km in total) and had pushed us to get there before nightfall. I contacted the homestay in advance and asked if they could provide a suitable meal, a bottle of wine and maybe a cake to celebrate. Not really expecting a great deal considering how remote……

“Hotel dans un beau site , chambre propre et spacieuse, piscine a 38 degrés . Le personnel est accueillant et dévoué. Madame "J " est adorable aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Une belle rencontre......”
