「We had a wonderful stay at the Lakes. It’s such a beautiful setting with so many activities on offer including a spa. We ate in the restaurant and it really is an experience- the food and service were outstanding. Bedrooms are beautiful - decor and furnishings. Guest services were very helpful both prior to arrival and on the day. We we definitely be back! 」

「New modern accommodation. It’s fresh and clean and right in the centre of town. There are a few things that could do with being better, but that’s just our opinion. If clean modern fuss free is what your after the. This ticks the boxes. Things that could be an issue for some but we managed ok. 「Brilliant, I did leave a review on Google maps also. But I really enjoyed this stay. Me (m19) and my partner (F18) decided to go on a whim and book somewhere nice on Saturday night. It was a nice idea as we got out of her parents house. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean with a nice bathroom, kitchen, living area and bedroom. We cooked ourselves a meal and had a nice bath before heading out. It's literally on the doorstep of town so everything you need is within walking...

「I absolutely loved my stay at Strozzi Palace and will definitely stay again. Minor things which could’ve addressed were that the balcony area and chair cushions need some attention but it didn’t affect our stay. The room was lovely and the staff were great. I’d highly recommend. 」

「A perfect stay really nice apartment with cooking facilities , washing machine iron etc. Also right in the heart of town with paid parking 5 mins walk away.」

「Spacious cosy well equipped property, comfortable beds, great showers. Steam train at bottom of garden which was fun. Could do with an instruction booklet in the house ( as although instruction videos good) couldn’t work out how to turn on fire in large sitting room.」

整體還好，但只有又高又斜的樓梯，沒有升降機

"環境，房間都是很好的。包早餐是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。"

體驗一般，服務有待改進

"基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。"

"訂的雙人床, 入住給了兩張單人床，床好小；設施好舊，浴室門關不到；乾淨度還可以接受，但有塵；隔音不好；吊燈是壞的，10分鐘就會不停閃，厠所的夜燈是藍色，好嚇人。"
