Renovated 1940's Grocery Store- Oliver Height's Tiny Home
*Located only 3 miles from Bryant Denny stadium*
*Main house will be also rented out on GAMEDAY weekends and graduation weekends*
Experience TINY living in a converted 1940’s Grocery Store located in our backyard. Enjoy your stay in our tiny home with modern amenities in a stylish space. Our tiny home features exposed beams, original wood for the ceiling and original pieces from the grocery store. The tiny home is 350 sq ft, freshly decorated and includes a cozy living room, private bathroom, and fully functional kitchen.
Although situated behind a single-family home, the backyard is quite private and guests will have access to the backyard and amenities.
+Fully functional kitchen with cookware, microwave, toaster oven, electric stove/oven, & refrigerator
+Coffee and tea bar with coffee maker, ground coffee, tea bags, honey, and sugar
+Bathroom with modern plumbing with standard toilet and shower
+Queen bed on main level for sleeping
+Pull-out sofa on main level for extra sleeping
+Semi-private outdoor space with dining table, outdoor seating, bed swing, garden, grill, back deck & fire pit
+Other amenities include a 55” Smart TV, high-speed internet, keyless entry, and ample driveway parking
+Pet Friendly that has access to a fenced in yard

I stayed here for 13 nights during my final days at the University of Alabama and it was the perfect place to stay! Less than 10 minutes from campus, 4 minutes to the grocery store, quiet, and so comfortable. I would absolutely recommend staying here
