“The safety measures at this hotel were horrible. 1st- we checked in and the front desk person announcement the room number of the couple in front of us and also announced our room number while other people were in the lobby. Secondly, the door to the outside would not lock and anyone could have access to the rooms in the hotel. We did not feel safe at all and ended up not staying and losing out of $155.”

“Overall nice however the room i stayed could have cleaned the floors there were bugs dead on the carpet by the window .. i ddnt like that at all .. just ddnt expect.. but other than that very nice stay and breakfast was great ..”

“Worst stay I’ve had in years! Room keys didn’t work. There was no blanket. The ventilation was poor. There was no water pressure. The room was decorated poorly and had no ambience. The bed was uncomfortable. It was just one of the worst days I’ve had in many many years and I travel a lot. I will never go to another Tru hotel, and I will seriously doubt that I will go to a Hilton as well”

“This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. A couple points to note. The security latch on my door was missing. It was evident that this door had been kicked in at some point, and I was not able to secure my door to the point of feeling completely safe. All of the hotel ice machines were broken. I was able to get ice from a staff member who retrieved it from the kitchen. As I said the room was clean, the sheets fresh and the room smelled fresh. The bath towels are old and should……

“Everything was great! I had some questions about the check in process and the number provided answered me right away! The rooms were clean and so cozy. The sheets in the Sion Bass room are so soft. The jet tub was also incredible. I wish I had some more control over the temperature in my room, but other than that, a flawless stay!!!”

“I’ve been staying in hotels most of my 73 years. I’ve never stayed in one that didn’t have a clock with alarm, or in one that didn’t offer a cup of some sort in the bathroom for brushing teeth, etc. My room had neither of those things. To their credit, they sent me a text asking how my room was. I mentioned those things and when I got back to my room, there was an alarm clock and some plastic drinking cups. I downgraded one star just because they weren’t provided initiall. I don’t know if it was……

“We stayed for one night with smaller kids. We didn’t have a shower curtain upon arrival but the front office was quick to get us one. The pool water was freezing. The staff said they turned the heater on but by the time we left it was still cold. Floors were a little dirty in the room, ice machine was down, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was decent! We would stay here again and maybe call before to have the pool heater turned on prior to the stay.”
