「great location」

「Staff members were friendly, but were fully absorbed with a tour group when we arrived. So no help for our luggage. Although later on a staff member was quite helpful with our questions. The place sells itself as luxury, but it's sort of a pseudo-luxury. The room are nice, average size. The room doors are so heavy, one doesn't need a workout room. The pool was small, but clean. However, the smell of chlorine was so overpowering as to make it uncomfortable. The shower had marginal water pressure...

「The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great that each suite had a lake view. We didn't have much time to spend there to take full advantage of other items like the pool or put-put golf. The only down side was we had booked a room through Expedia that was supposed to have a kitchenette. Unfortunately, when we checked in our room only had a microwave and small fridge. I don't know if the error was on the Expedia side or not. But we had to go out to dinner instead of...
