“Nice hotel. Very new”

“The only complaint I had is the coffee was not fresh or hot. Especially during breakfast when it should have been made fresh.”

“I arrived late at night and expected check-in to be a bit of a struggle, but it was actually super easy and took less than five minutes. The front desk staff was very polite, helpful, and made the process smooth. When I got to my room, I was impressed by how clean it was—honestly way better than the pictures posted online. The in-room hot tub was amazing and very clean. The hotel itself was quiet and in a great location. Parking was easy, although I did have to use the pool next door, which……

“Darnell the gentleman that checked us in on Friday night was amazing. We had just driven through a major snowstorm and his warm, welcoming demeanor was amazing. I had a group of teenage girls with me that were having some fun joking around and he laughed right along with them. He made the whole weekend stay!!!”

“The room was spotless! The service was great and for the most part curtious. The woman at the desk, when I checked out, was upbeat and kind. I wish I would've gotten her name. The woman in the cafe was busy every moment. She was helpful and kept everything clean and organized. The only issue was with the breakfast. I've been to many hotels that offer a free breakfast. This one was by far the worst. I realize that they need to serve precooked and reheated food, but it needs to be food of a better……

“The staff was super friendly, from Peyton at the front desk to everyone we passed in the halls. The room amenities were amazing woth the fridge/freezer, the dishwasher and stove top. The bed and pillows werent the most comfortable I've slept in, but it was clean. Conveniently located to all the shopping and food of Grove City. Would definitely stay here again!”
