「The house was clean and setup nicely. The house was close to the Kodak Theater. We stopped to eat breakfast at the Peppermill Restaurant. I highly recommend it. Thank you Jud for all your efforts for us to have a great stay. 」

「This may be an outlier experience. The room and facilities were good as is obviously the super convenient location next to ROC. However check in was quite slow as the desk had one person on her first day working solo many things went wrong. She was super nice, just having a very difficult time. The worst was when trying to shower at 5:30am prior to an early flight there was zero hot water. Not even luke warm. On checkout I informed the staff guy so others would not be so inconvenienced.
