“Parking wasn’t too bad. Not the best spot if you have mobility issues, but nice location and beautiful area.”

“This place is beautiful, and it was nice to have everything we needed. It was perfect! Thank you! ”

“Perfect spot for all things North Seattle. Well within walking distance to Northgate Ststion and Thornton Place. Two parking spots to boot!”

“We had a terrific experience, our second time at this property. Very clean, very comfortable, easy access, check-in and checkout. Looking forward to our next stay. ”

“Very difficult host to work with. Did not provide enough trash bins then deducted damage for extra garbage. Climate control system was subpar and he refused to remediate or compensate in any way for our discomfort despite multiple requests to fix the system.”

“I’d lived in Seattle for over 3 decades having recently moved to the Midwest so to come back for work while staying just 4 miles from my office & 1 from my son in an immaculate, comfortable apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. Just wonderful! Next time I return to Seattle for work or a visit, Tracy’s apartment will always be my first choice!”

“Comfortable space and beds, large closet in each bedroom, good option for 3 friends for a few nights. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants, or drive up the hill to Greenwood Ave. We were given one parking space in the driveway which was a bonus. Kitchen is minimally stocked but that did not bother us. Shower could use updating and be supplied new/larger towels. Plan to bring your own toiletries as previous guest's products seemed to be the supplies. A coffee maker would have been nice……

“We had a great time staying at this VRBO in Seattle. The apartment was very clean, and it had a great layout for the five of us. We were able to put the kids in one room with their own double beds, my father-in-law had his own room with en-suite bath, and my husband and I had our own room as well. The beds were all comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location was great across from Green Lake, and we were able to go on walks around the lake and up to a coffee shop. It felt……

“The location, space and comfort of the house were all fantastic. We particularly loved being in walking distance of shops and restaurants as well as the unbelievable view of Green Lake, including a giant cherry tree in bloom! ”

“All was very good. Liked the space and amenities. Allen was very attentive in his responses ”
