"The property was fantastic-views from the deck were stellar! Peaceful neighborhood location. Everything was very clean and comfortable; it’s an excellent spot for a long term rental. Only issues were a tricky kitchen to deck door that didn’t open. Easy access to the deck from the front door though. Then, we’re not sure if the water heater was having difficulty, but the water was lukewarm/cold for a few days of our stay. Overall, a great experience!"

10/10 Excellent

"I stayed for 3 nights with my daughter .my daughter and I enjoyed our suites , well cleaned and maintained. My only concern was the portable Ac that was at the window in the bedroom. Based on the location of the portable unit the blinds were unable to close , therefore the bright light was in our face unless we planned to sleep on our side with our faces turn away from the window the entire night which was a pain . Secondly we stayed on the 3rd floor ,around 10:30 pm there were ruckus above us which jerk us out of our sleep . Sounds like furniture rearranging . And people running all over back and forth . I had called front desk and ask if they are renovating the 4th floor as the noise is quite loud. The representative very pleasant advised no known construction at that hour of the night and she will send security. The noise continue until after 11pm . Probably noisy guests. Apart from those issues my stay was memorable with my daughter and we enjoyed ourselves. We will recommend others to stay and make memories just the same ."

"The property is as it is described. The apartment has ample space and is bright and airy with a lovely view from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary appliances and has a nice dining area. The living room is nice but there is only 1 couch- it would have been nice if there was at least a love seat or comfy arm chair but we made do. The beds were comfortable and we had ample towels. There are two bathrooms however one has a tub only and the other a shower so is different than how it is described. The owner was home (upstairs) during our stay however we never heard any noise coming from her apartment.The only downside was the communication with the host after the booking. I had to reach out the day of our stay and request arrival instructions and those that when we did receive them were incorrect as we were given the incorrect property address and incorrect door code! After we were unable to contact the host after numerous attempts we ended up finding the apartment on our own and had to wake up the owner upstairs to let us in. (Thankfully she was home!) We did not hear back from the host until the next day - apparently VRBO messages where not being reliable is what we were told. That next morning there was no hot water - however I guess those things happen and it was fixed that day. The owner did leave us a generous apology gift which we thought was very kind of her!"

"The home was spacious with a large kitchen and back deck. The photos on line were a true reflection of the property. Florence was very responsive. We would stay at this property again."

"My family and I had a good stay. The property is clean, cozy, and in a good location. Close to amenities. It has the typical northern living inconveniences, but that is to be expected. The host was in good contact throughout our visit. I would recommend."

"Decent space to live in. Was under the impression that was it more private without the open staircase but was a solid place to sleep and to do any work. Host was a good communicator and was very nice to accommodate for my needs. The addition of the washing and drying machine was nice too as well as the location being walkable to basically anything Canadian around it. A overall good place to stay"
