「The hotel is new. We could do the prior check in online that made the check in time shortened. It offers free parking and complimentary breakfast that fits for our family of 5. The making up service is perfect as we see the cleaning staff made very detail cleaning. The hotel staff were also very friendly to our kids. We love the location near Seattle Premium Outlets. We will visit again if we go to Seattle next time.」

「All staff were friendly with a smile and helpful. Front dest lady was excellent, forget her name but it was the Friday night around 6PM when we checked in. She was patient, good at explaining everything and was very easy to deal with. Rooms were very clean and nice to have a complimentary drink and snack each evening as well (nice touch).
