“Walking trails near by, back parking area, from property. Could use some light on trail area, at night. Homeless hang around at late night. Just be vigilant.”

“It was a nice stay until someone walked in our room a little after 11pm. She was assigned our room as well. There's only 21 rooms so not sure why there was a mixup. Didn't sleep well all night. Also, if your air conditioner/ heater isn't running all night, you will hear the constant trains, so bring ear plugs. But room was very clean.”

“Don’t listen to the old reviews and focus on the more recent ones — this is a fine and basic stay for an overnight or more. Room was clean. Shower was clean. I was passing through this beautiful region and this was perfect. I would stay here again. Great price. Staff were very friendly. ”

“This is one of our favorite motels to stop in! They have ample space for trailer parking, which is a must for us. It’s also outside of Farmington so we don’t have to worry quite as much with our trailers being parked, it seems to be a little bit nicer of an area than some of the hotels directly in Farmington. It is always very clean, very comfortable and the staff is always very welcoming! Very pet friendly! Definitely feels like a mom and paw place. We’ve stayed here multiple times and will……

“Our family passed by here on a trip from California to Indiana. The attitude of their staff was very good, but I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Their quilt and mattress were damp, and it felt like they were taken out of the washing machine and put on the bed without drying. It was very uncomfortable. The corner of their table was broken, but they did not do any protection or replacement, which caused my five-year-old daughter to scratch her back directly. All kinds of experiences were……

“This hotel is extremely dated and needs to be updated. The flooring surfaces are dingy. The bathroom sink faucet barely delivered a thin stream of water. The tub drain was so slow that it pooled up during a shower. The furniture in our room was badly in need of replacement. There were no modern conveniences, such as USB ports or extra electrical outlets for charging devices. The hot tub was out of order. The beds and bedding were a bright spot.”
