"It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby."

"We had an amazing stay in the Rosie Pod with jacuzzi which is situated in a lovely quite part of Southwell The Pod was lovely and clean and everything was provided Lindsay the host was very helpful and really looked after us. Highly recommended - please stay"

"The apartment is in a great location and very spacious. It needed a good dust, the sofas were quite hard and need more glasses, there were only 2 wine glasses in an apartment that sleeps 6 and plastic champagne flutes was quite disappointing."
