On the second floor, you’ll find a sweet snug room with a kitchenette and patio doors to a glorious roof terrace, furnished for al fresco drinks and meals. Wroxham, at the heart of Broadland, is an excellent location for fishing, sailing and bird watching, and a major boat-hire centre. It’s home to the Bure Valley Railway, Wroxham Barns family attraction and Roys, ‘the biggest village store in the world’. The golf course at Sprowston Manor Hotel is just 4.5 miles away, while the sandy beach of Sea Palling is 12 miles and the vibrant city of Norwich is 7 miles.
