Just 50 yards from the sea, this bungalow is close to Cromer, Sheringham and Wroxham, the capital of the Broads.. 1 step to entrance.

Large, enclosed rear garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Just 50 yards from the sea, this spacious detached bungalow is situated in a private road and is comfortably furnished, making ideal holiday accommodation. Visit the resorts of Cromer and Sheringham, or Wroxham, 14 miles, the capital of the Broads, for daily boat and river trips. Bacton Woods is close by, ideal for cycling and walking. Bird watching, golf and fishing all available locally. Beach ½ mile. Shops 300 yards, pubs 600 yards.

Fantastic location

Being so near the beach was a bonus, we and the dog walked there daily. The bungalow was spacious and comfortable, we used the conservatory a lot for sitting and relaxing. The choice locally for eating out was limited, the food quality and service was poor at the nearby restaurant although the beach cafe was great
