We had to make contact with the host as the hot tub was cold and dirty, we were only able to use it for 1 day, so feel let down.We had to move one of the setees and we then had to clean the floor as there was so much dust and other bits on the floor.As we had young children with us we ate in every night. We felt that there was not enought pots and pans for all of us. There was no instructions for the oven.I think the kitchen items need to be looked at and improved. There were no plugs for the kitchen sinks.We aslo felt the heating could be improved as some of the rooms never got warm.
