Breakfast was good. Pool was closed we debated to sit by it, staff wasn’t over friendly at all, room was not the cleanest. The hall smelled like cat litter. Would not stay here again or recommend this place yo anyone.

Prior to our arrival we called for early check in they said they were booked up. We got there and It was empty. Upon arrival the staff was welcoming and friendly. We got our room quickly. Entering our room It was a double bed room. One bed did not have a quilt. Then entering the bathroom It was left with the towels from the people who stayed prior. They were dirty and on the floor and hanging on the back of the door and displayed clear signs of use. There was what appeared to be a black mold like in the corner of the shower. Which we did report to the front desk. Who offered to switch our room. But did express the cleaning staff sucked. The following morning we asked for late check out and they told us they were extremely busy. We checked out at 1130. And waited in the lobby for our uber and only one person checked out and no one checked in during 1130 and 1215 before we got our uber. The staff leaving was friendly but not enough for me to say I would ever come back. Would not recommend unless you really don’t have preference.

We needed to switch rooms because at first we saw ants in the room. Then when we pulled back the sheet there was a bed bug or tick on the sheets. The front desk immediately switch our room. The 2nd room’s bathtub/shower wasn’t 100% cleaned. There was a dirty facecloth hanging on the shower curtain & short black hair on the shower wall. There was also someone’s shorts on the shelf in the closet. When we went to check out the next morning the staff was very kind. The head of household was also there & I explained that our first room had ants & they said they were going to take care of it. I told him the 2nd room seemed to have clean sheets & towels but it seemed like the bathroom wasn’t finished getting cleaned. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express but was disappointed in the Norwich CT hotel. We purposefully book with Holiday Inn express because of the indoor pool, but the pool was also out of order that weekend.

It was the Mohegan Sun shuttle. And yes. On time and easy. Ran throughout the night (until 2:00 am). Never waited more than 10 minutes.

Had a wonderful stay here. The sports bar was a great place to grab a bite to eat, the food was excellent. Highly recommend the Ruben!! The only downfall was that the pool was closed for repairs (air vents) was kinda bummed as this was one of the reasons I booked here. Great proximity to both Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. Was there on a Thursday for a show at Mohegan Sun,so not sure if a shuttle is available, took a Uber

Our first room when we arrived had the door open and a large industrial fan going. I didn’t want to even know why. We immediately went downstairs and got a new room. Interesting, that fan was going all night and most of the next day. Another patron had ants and bed bugs.

Disappointed with our stay. We booked here specifically for the pool and shuttle to Mohegan, but the pool was out of service with no notice and the shuttle was late picking us up. When the main amenities you advertise aren’t available or reliable, it feels misleading. Would have chosen a different hotel if we knew.

Paid $280.00 for a room that was probably worth $99.00( and that’s being nice)..This is a dated hotel,lobby is from the 80’s,the room we were given had wallpaper unglued in spots,the bath had stained ceiling tiles,the tub drain didn’t work( the drain plug wouldn’t stay up resulting in having to stand in you shower water),the cracks around the floor were caulked and dirty.The chair in the room was ripped and old,etc,etc…Bottom line? Choose a different hotel if thinking of staying by the casino..

The conditions of the room were disgusting. The tub and sink backed up when using. Mold was throughout the bathtub and also in the fridge. We both woke up with extremely poor breathing and felt sick.
