A lovely property.

A lovely property. Just what we needed although a little pricey. Fantastic for the dogs. Unfortunately we were not there long enough to explore many of the walks in the area. One or two little niggles like a light not working in the main bathroom, the shower handle broken so difficult to control water temperature, the basin plug didn’t work but overall the property was great.

Although Norfolk wasn't for us we had a really pleasant stay the only issue we had was the livingroom sofa was like sitting on a park bench lol. Other than that we couldn't fault the cottage for the price was beautifully presented welcome package as well.Instructions for the sauna would have been helpful but not a necessity. All 8n all was a a good few days away.

A warm and comfortable cottage that was fine for our family holiday.

A warm and comfortable cottage that was fine for our family holiday. The beds were superbly comfortable but there were issues with sofas and the positioning of the tvs. I don't really like craning my neck to stare at a TV placed high up on the wall and the sofas were not very comfortable for extended seating in the evening. Location is good in terms of being quiet and away from traffic noise, etc, but the lanes to the cottage are hard to find and mean that any food delivery, etc would be difficult to arrange.Overall cleanliness was good . Kitchen implements were not great for cooking - for example, we tried to use a supplied frying pan but it would not work on the induction hob and the only one that would work was a little battered. I would say that we have stayed at better cottages in terms of equipment and seating but would recommend this cottage if you want to stay in this area south of Norwich. It is easy t get into Norwich and we did this a couple of times in the evening for a meal, etc.
