「Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

「The room was lovely although the rest of the hotel was tired and looked run down and closed from the outside. I would not have felt safe staying there if I had travelled on my own.」

「Room is clean and quiet. Air-conditioner is definitely a plus during heatwave. We were able to have a nice sleep after a day long activity. Staff are very helpful to accommodate our request. On Sunday, the bar closes a bit earlier, so we missed the last order time. But we were able to have a dinner at the bar on a weekday. The food quality is superb in the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again next year.」

「Convenient access if traveling to and from nearby airports. Rooms are basic, but absolutely no airflow, even with a fan, and very difficult to sleep when the room is so hot. In general, this is feedback for many hotels that don’t have air-conditioning and it will be an health and safetyissue that is going to need to be addressed sooner than later.」

「It's always a great pleasure to stay at the St Giles Hotel in Norwich. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it almost feels like home as we've returned several times. The Georgian Suite was fabulous; great standalone bath and large shower with good amenities. Very comfortable bed and pillows and the room fan was super quiet and effective in the hot weather. 「Staff was helpful carrying luggage upstairs. Room was very clean, Tea and coffee and,biscuits plentyful. microwave came in handy for late night snack., Best shower facilitiies weve had ,compared to other places weve been. Breakfast menu was good but ,we are not big eaters. Good place to stay.」

「Nice property, well equipped kitchen. Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. Such a shame because otherwise it was great! Hopefully this will be rectified and not happen in the future for other guests.」
