「One bedroom suite booked. Sofa bed in sitting room. Spacious. V clean with new decor. Used washing machine. Easy to use. Good soundproof quality. Plenty of storage. One downside: not enough parking spaces. Needed to park on street right outside hotel (allowed between 7 pm to 7 am the next day). Husband then got up around 6:30 n parked our car back into hotel’s compound once after a car left. Otherwise the stay was perfect」

「Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.」

「I had the booking confirmed and the host had even replied to my original message to confirm about time for checking in. On the day of arrival I had not received check-in information, I messaged to ask for it with no response. I later tried calling the host, no response. I then had to contact VRBO support who did provide access details to the property but by the time we arrived at the property the host had cancelled the booking. My partner and I were then forced to find alternate accommodation...

「Nancy has a wonderful, cozy apartment that—if you don't mind stairs—offers a warm and inviting retreat in this busy city. We really appreciated the personal welcome, the artistic yet very functional furnishings, the spaciousness of the apartment, and the convenient location near bus stops, Clapham Junction, and the pleasantly quiet Wandsworth Common Park. Our little dog was welcomed with his own cozy sleeping mat and a bag of treats—he loved both! I highly recommend a stay at Nancy's apartment...
