"This hotel is nestled right next to Vienna's iconic Schönbrunn Palace, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the enchanting ambiance of a bygone era. The hotel's lobby, housed in a charming and picturesque old building, exudes romance and timeless beauty. Our room, situated in a newer annex connected to the historic structure, was impeccably furnished and provided us with a clean and blissful sleep. The hotel's restaurant surpassed our expectations, offering a delightful variety of delectable dishes that kept us eagerly savoring each meal. Moreover, the staff promptly and kindly arranged a taxi for us when we needed to head to the airport. The only minor drawback was related to our request for a late check-out (for which we paid). Unfortunately, our room key card ceased to function after noon, necessitating a visit to the hotel front desk to have it reconfirmed. Each time the front desk confirmed the card, it would only grant us access once before requiring further confirmation. We hope this inconvenience can be addressed in the future to enhance the overall experience for guests. Despite this small setback, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the hotel's efforts to provide a memorable travel experience."

"The hotel room was not cleaned properly; it was filled with dust, and the tables were never wiped down. When I touched them, they were covered in dust. The cleanliness did not meet the standard of a three-star rating. Additionally, the hairdryer and kettle were very dirty."
