It was a wonderful holiday! The reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor as requested and close to the dining room, pool and entertainment area. The gardens and pools were very well maintained. The beach activities superb, the food was of a high standard. The "All inclusive" was a very good choice!! The room was serviced daily and beautifully cleaned. Andrea was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to each and every staff member that made our stay so great, we hope to visit again soon. One small thing that could be changed would be more comfortable chairs on the verandah, those director chairs are upright, you sit too deep and painful.

Our stay at the Exclusive Resort in Nosy Be exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Andrea, the Operations Manager, who personally welcomed us and checked in throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made a real difference. He is a tremendous asset to the resort. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. The resort is immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds and a stunning private beach. We enjoyed kayaking, paddleboarding, and other complimentary beach activities, while the spa and gym were excellent. The entertainment team created a fun atmosphere during the day, and the evening shows were professionally performed. We also booked three excursions through the resort. Alessandro helped us choose the best-value package and organized everything flawlessly. The transportation, boats, guides, and lunches were all excellent, making each trip a wonderful experience. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional facilities, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality made this one of our best vacations ever. We highly recommend the Exclusive Resort to anyone visiting Nosy Be and look forward to returning.

We would definitely recommend the Royal Beach Hotel if you're thinking of staying in Nosy Be. As well as being a lovely, clean and enjoyable place to stay, the staff were what made it for us. Everyone from the team on reception, the dinning staff to the gardeners, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They all made sure we were well catered for. The staff also really showed up for us when our flights were cancelled. They went above and beyond to help us find alternative routes home and made sure to keep rooms for us in case our flights were cancelled again...which they were. Our only note would be, if you go for the All Inclusive package, confirm with the hotel that it includes everything you are expecting from the package. We decided against the All Inclusive on arrival and the hotel accommodated us and refunded that part of the bill. The hotel was great and there's lots to do around the area. Go for the experience and stay for the staff. Have a great time in Nosy Be.
