VILLA FRESCA - NOTO AREA
This lovely property is just a few kilometres away from Noto, the capital of Baroque in Sicily and also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is perched on a plateau overlooking the Asinaro valley, covered by citrus, olive and almond trees. If you love Baroque architecture I recommend to visit also the nearby Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Siracusa with its stunning Ortigia.

Villa Fresca develops over one floor.

As you enter, you will find on the right hand side a bright living and dining area equipped with table and chairs for dining, as well as a sofa and TV. On the right hand side you will see the kitchen and a further dining area. The kitchen is equipped with gas hobs, electric oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. On the opposite side there is the sleeping area, which provides three bedrooms; two equipped with double beds, whilst the third one offers twin beds. The master bedrooms has en-suite bathroom with shower facilities, there are also two other bathrooms equipped with shower facilities serving the remaining two rooms.

The living room opens up onto the terrace which offers splendid views.

The outdoor area offers a lovely garden, table and chairs for al fresco dining, sun loungers, and a barbecue. The arched patio overlooking the beach offers shade during the hot summer hours. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioning, fridge-freezer, iron and iron board, WI-FI, microwave, gas hobs, electric oven, toaster, TV, DVD player, CD player, barbecue, external shower, terrace, sun loungers, baby-cot and highchair on request, bathroom towels changed twice per week (Wednesday and Saturday), 3 heat pumps, 1 pellet stove.
