Villa Orchidea San Lorenzo–Marzamemi–Noto is a charming villa, nestled in an oasis of peace and relaxation close to the unspoilt natural beauty of the Vendicari Nature Reserve.
Villa Orchidea is more than a holiday home: it is an authentic Sicilian retreat, created for families and groups of friends who wish to spend meaningful time together without giving up their privacy.

Its most distinctive feature is its layout: two adjoining yet fully independent apartments within one private villa. It is an ideal choice for two families, different generations or groups of up to 8 guests who want to share the pool, garden and best moments of their holiday while still enjoying their own private living spaces.

The main apartment includes three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a welcoming living area with two sofas and a traditional built-in kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine.

The second apartment offers a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and its own living area and kitchen. This independent space is particularly convenient for a couple, grandparents or anyone looking for additional peace and privacy.

Altogether, the villa provides four air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens and everything required for a comfortable, carefree stay, including Wi-Fi, a washing machine, safe, television, baby cots, high chair, children’s games and generous storage space.

Outside, a fully fenced private tropical garden extends across a property of approximately 1,000 m². Palm trees, Sicilian jasmine, hibiscus, bougainvillea, lemon and fig trees create a lush, fragrant and secluded setting.

At the heart of the lawn is the private 5×9-metre swimming pool, ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 metres in depth and surrounded by sun loungers and naturally shaded areas. It is the perfect place for a refreshing swim, a sunny afternoon or a few hours of complete relaxation.

Two spacious verandas invite guests to enjoy outdoor living throughout the day. The veranda overlooking the garden features dining tables, comfortable seating, wicker lounge furniture and a swing. At the rear of the villa, a second veranda provides further dining areas, a barbecue, a traditional wood-fired oven and a refreshing outdoor shower beside the fruit trees and grapevine pergola.

The interiors tell the story of the house. Late-19th-century family furniture, Sicilian ceramics and objects from the island’s rural tradition blend with modern comforts to create a warm, characterful and genuinely authentic atmosphere.

The property also includes a children’s play area, private on-site parking and an automatic gate. Pets are welcome.

Just minutes from the crystal-clear sea of San Lorenzo, Marzamemi and the Vendicari Nature Reserve, Villa Orchidea is an excellent base for discovering Noto and the wonders of south-eastern Sicily—before returning each evening to the peace, privacy and freedom of a villa entirely your own.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including both apartments, the private swimming pool, the fully fenced 1,000 m² garden, two verandas, the barbecue area with wood-fired oven, the outdoor shower and the children’s play area.

The villa is arranged on one level, with no internal stairs. The property is entered through an automatic gate and offers private on-site parking for 3 cars.

On arrival, we will provide the keys and automatic gate remote and give you a brief tour of the property, showing you all the spaces and amenities available. From that moment, Villa Orchidea will be entirely yours: no areas are shared with the owners or other guests.
