"The hotel staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was spotless and we had a clean set of towels and nightwear for each day which was amazing. Those small touches really stand out when you have been travelling for 3 weeks already. The coffee from the cafe was probably the best I've had in Japan, great cappuccino.
