This flat is ideally located for your skiing days: at the foot of the Teret, Quarts and Reguet slopes, 50 metres from the ESF ski school, 50 metres from the ski lift ticket offices and 100 metres from the centre and shops.
In summer, a private tennis court and outdoor swimming pool are available to guests.

There is a large car park with a free space at the foot of the residence. This flat also has a ski locker.
