It was clean, accessible, and well stocked, with parking easily accessible. Hekuran had even left us a small welcome gift which was perfect for our first night on arrival. The property is near to local shops and is well connected into the city. Would stay here again :)"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS.This is the first negative review I have ever left for anything in my life. Host is completely non responsive when you have any issues, I reached out initially as we had no WIFI, the host didnt resolve it.Coffee table had a leg missing. Dining breakfast bar was falling off the wall. "Great location, I’ve stayed here many times over the past few years. Hotel offers free car parking. And great views of Jubilee Campus. The Flexi card (to access the room using my phone) didn’t work. So I had to get a physical card. But other than that - a straightforward visit. Sometimes noise from the atrium did echo around the building - but it wasn’t a huge problem"

"Generally an OK stay. But for the price would expect more. Room was clean and spacious, however sound proofing is needed. It was like staying in someone’s home, you could hear everyone outside and above the room. The pool/steam/sauna and changing rooms felt unclean and cold. definitely needs updating. Staff were kind and helpful."
