讚好：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
Ventus Travel & this stay went above and beyond during our stay.
9 of us came for the local Sonus Festival and Ventus could not have been more accommodating, our stay was incredible, service brilliant & checkout smooth and fair.
The only con is a fairly large cash deposit which must be left, although they offer you to leave this in your local currency which is a nice touch so you’re not stuck with a huge amount of foreign currency at the end of your stay. A pre-authorisation on a card would be a welcome addition but that is a tiny niggle.
Pros:
- The villa is immaculate. Aside from tiny things like the odd wobbly drawer the place is brand new, with lovely floor tiles, new fixtures and fittings, comfortable beds and bedding, smart tv, good quiet air conditioners for each room, plenty of plugs, fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could need. No microwave is a small shame but we never needed it. Patio doors are all new and open very wide plus in the livingroom there’s blackout blinds for whoever has the sofa bed.
- Exterior of the villa is amazing with such an incredible view, a really good clean swimming pool and plenty of outdoor seating for everyone. There is also an outdoor shower which is very convenient.
- Customer service was excellent. During our stay a sunbed broke and a patio door came off the rails. Both issues were fixed the same day with no issues. At checkout full deposit was returned with no issues.
Well done Ventus. We’ll be back!
