“Das Appartement befindet sich in einem Hochhaus direkt am See. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, die Nachbarn aus dem Haus sind sehr nett. Das Pool ist groß und sauber. Die Lage ist gut, am südlichen Ende des Lago Maggiore.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wohnt direkt im Haus. Für Fragen steht sie immer zur Verfügung.”

“Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à "L'appel du Lac" chez Carla. La maison est très grande et surtout très propre. Le linge de maison fourni sent très bon le frais et est aussi très propre. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de garer la voiture dans la propriété. Agréable d'aller au village à pied le matin chercher le pain pour la journée ainsi que quelques pâtisseries. Les gens du village sont très accueillants et gentils. Possibilité d'aller au restaurant à pied également. Merci pour……

“It was very clean, and quiet. It was a wait on a bus to get there. And I ended up walking all the way back to the ferry boat to take me back to Arona..
I think there was bus options..
But I didn’t know where to wait.. so that’s probably on me??

“The property was clean and tidy for our arrival. Franco, the owner’s communications were most polite and always clear instructions. “Waren positiv überrascht. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Das Grundstück war sehr groß. Es ist komplett eingezäunt. Somit konnten die Kinder alleine draussen spielen ohne das man Angst haben muss das die weg rennen. Das Objekt ist nahe am Wald gelegen, dementsprechend hört man abends maximal paar grillen. Und natürlich die Eidechsen. Die darf man natürlich nicht vergessen. Davon gibt es viele. Aber in den 2 Wochen war noch keine einzige im Haus drin. Nachteil leider: wegen der Waldnähe gibt es……

The hotel ruins my impression about Wyndham Group
"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
