Independent Novato hotels

"Came back about 10 days ago . And I’m already looking forward to visit again. The location of the hotel is great! 3 minute walk from the beach , pier 39 is a 3 min walk , the cove is 10 minutes walk . Lots of restaurants and shopping. The hotel is well maintained , very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awesome and has everything you could ask for in breakfast buffet . Fresh and clean . The room is nice and clean .bedding is very comfortable . although the bathroom is maintained and very clean , it’s the only thing I didn’t like in the hotel .It’s very small and outdated . I really enjoyed my stay there and I will be going back !"

"The location was ok not great! The towels were not soft. Our faucet in the bathroom were not functioning properly. It only had one temperature setting. I expected a more modern hotel. It needs to be updated for sure!! We had a King room with a view and there wasnt any view since we only saw the corner of two streets! I am not sure how this hotel had such high ratings. I would have expected it to be more modern!! Since the amenities were old not sure if it clean or not!! The sprinklehead for the shower was good! I will not want to stay at a hotel like this again!!"

"Friendly staff. Pleasant fragrance in entrance and throughout the hotel. Clean property and rooms with beautiful marina view. Indoor heated pool area and fitness center was also nice. "

"Inhospitable female front desk name shaniii assigned a room for me this particular room is designed for a disabled person,next to ice machine maker and old elevator we’re making so much noises,I went to lobby and brought to her attention, she was rolling her eyes and loudly told me we are sold out , we don’t have rooms available to offer a quiet room. I did not sleep at all and this Hilton location staffs are not professional , room was dark , not enough light inside room and toilet,,I couldn’t use shower because deign for a disabled person with wheelchair. Very small room, no chair to sit down, iron was not working, looked like they have not used this room, no soap, very old towel, I have used Hilton world wide in Canada , Europe, USA , a motel 6 has better room . Staff and amitinties than this particular Hilton location, I noticed that they were not treating politely other guests who were traveling from different part of world."

"This was our second stay at Hotel Nikko and we have already booked our next. The quality of the rooms is first class and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Nikko in San Francisco."

"We love this hotel, it has restaurant, bar and mini cafe inside the hotel. Valet parking, clean & super friendly staff. We’ve stayed here about 15+ times. I will always recommend this hotel"

"I actually appreciated most of the staff except for the so-called manager. I requested for my room to be cleaned. He acknowledged it, but failed to put it in the system. As part of management, you should be a role model to your staff that works under you. I was told when I checked in that I could request for room cleanup."

"This has been our go to each time for San Fran visits. Central to all the tourist spots, everything is pretty much 10-15 minutes away. Service is amazing from check in to checkout. We will continue to stay here and have even recommended to close friends planning their own trips to the area."
