In the center of Novi Sad and a quiet street only thirty meters from the pedestrian zone, hidden from prying eyes, there is an XSPA apartment with a secured parking space in front of the entrance. Designed as a comfortable studio with a total area of 103m2 with a spa area and a gallery.



Using top quality materials and combined lighting, we wanted to make your stay in our apartment as pleasant as possible. Attention is paid to the smallest details so that our guests can feel true hedonism, enjoy the infrared sauna, hydromassage tub, shower with massagers and waterfall in the spa area.



In the apartment itself, guests can use an office area, a table with a safe, a kitchen, a coffee maker, water, and tea preparation. Two bicycles that can be used to cruise around the city, and which are lowered by a specially designed lift at the push of a button. Television, high-speed wifi, air purifier and ionizer, air conditioner are also available.

There is a bed on the gallery, while an extra bed can provide accommodation for up to 4 people in the apartment. Each guest is provided with towels, bathrobes and slippers. Our guests are always greeted with a bottle of champagne to welcome you.
