The GardenView Apartments & Suites, rated 5 stars by the German Tourism Association (2010-2013), is only 3 km from the spa town of Bad Kissingen, one of the Great Spas of Europe and UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Ideal for families with children, holidays with friends or relatives, and corporate guests.

The price is suitable for up to 6 people in three apartments. Sofa beds are available for up to three additional people.

The size of the Double Apartment Suite (Apt 1 + Apt 2) is 120 square meters and ideal for up to 6 persons The living space for Apartment 1 (68 sqm) and Apartment 2 (53 sqm) is suitable for up to 3 persons per apartment.The living space for the Maisonette Apartment is 70 square meters with a covered outdoor lounge terrace of 24 square meters and suitable for up to 3 persons.

The apartments are located directly on the spacious garden and the top garden level is at your free disposal. Garden furniture with enough seating is available. From here you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view.

The following optional paid services can also be booked:

1) Private barbecue and BBQ area.

2) Entertaining Area and Second BBQ Area surrounded by trees and greenery for entertaining or relaxing for a small group.

3) Entertainment package per event or party which includes use of Bluetooth music party box speaker. Additional days will incur additional charges.

4) Wine & Juice Bar. Self-service wine bar area (spa drinks, juices, wine selection and other beverages not included and can be purchased separately).

5) Sauna package with access to the private deluxe sauna and relaxation area for up to 6 people, including the use of bathrobes, wellness drinks and mineral water.

Up to 16 people as well as private family or business events can be accommodated in our MN-Ferienwohnungen property group (three apartments are located in Nüdlingen, two apartments in Bad Kissingen). This includes additional amenities such as a garden park, barbecue areas, deluxe private sauna, lounge terrace and a Wine & Juice Bar in Nüdlingen by Bad Kissingen.
