Rosa (Administrative Assistant), who has dedicated her life to customer service in her roles as Head of Reception and Personal Event Coach, brings her experience as a mother and wife to this adventure. Clemente (Industrial Design Engineer), with over 20 years of experience in customer service in the wine industry..., brings his talent for “inspiring” his clients day after day by always introducing them to something new.
