“The directions to this property are incorrect on the Hotels.com App and pinned the location to Nuevo Vallarta, which is Not where Park Life Tizate is as it is further north in La Cruz, so after driving around for an hour the raxi driver contacted his office to get the proper directions, which we were susequently charged and additional $900 MX pesos. For the residence the staff were nic, the pool was good, but here are some of our observations and comments; Deficiencies; Bedrooms; - no side……

I received a 1 bed 1bath one night then i was offered a mouldy 2 bed 2 bath condo with non-functioning fridge, TV and shower, loud ceiling fan and broken bathroom sink. Things became worse throughout my stay. I had to spend way too much time on my phone trying to get things fixed or addressed. “The view and location are incredible. The condo it self is in need of repair. Door handles falling off, sink plugged, garburator broken. We were there for 3 weeks, there was 6 of us. We had no facecloths, only 1 hand towel, no dish towels/teatowels. There were 2 wine glasses, 1 glass high ball glass and a couple other glass drinking glasses. There were lots of dishes, pots and pans. There was no hand soap or shampoo. The dishwasher was broken and smelled bad. But the worst part was that……

“Juan was an exceptional host. He was in contact with us prior to our arrival and provided clear instructions and many useful tips. During our 3 week stay he continued to check it to see if he could be of assistance. The studio was clean and well equipped. The onsite restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced. Large jugs of water can be purchased at the restaurant and delivered to your room for 60 pesos. Two large groceries stores are a 25 min walk away and Bucerias is also a 25……

“A binder with property information would have been welcome. It would have been nice to have a few English TV channels. Also a few more hand towels would have been appreciated plus a functional toaster would have been nice. Only 2 bathrooms. The location was OK and the beach was wonderful. So was the pool although a few umbrellas would have been great.”
