Is a great place to stay, clean and neat, but got there on a Sunday and the AC was not working, called several times but they did not respond and didn’t fix it until Monday in the afternoon.

Some amenities are broke/dirty, such as the TV and the room AC remote. When I reported it they just asked me to take pictures of it. There was sand on the couch where one person was going to sleep. We struggled getting into the apartment and I called the number but they didn't answer, I had to wait around 10 min which doesn't sound much but we were tired and it was very hot so it was stressful. However, the apartment is lovely, I would stay again, it just needs better maintenance.

It was a stylish newly constructed and fully equipped two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with washer dryer in the unit. Beds and furniture were in great condition. Though it was a little tricky figuring out the main gate access codes at first, it was easy to get used to. It was also a little unnerving to be in a no-host condo complex, but there wasn’t a need to contact the owner. I was only there two nights but the place is perfect for longer term stays with a great kitchen and living area. Two couples or a family with two kids would be comfortable here. It’s off the beaten path but that’s good for me as it’s away from the madness of the malecon but close enough that it’s easily accessible on foot. There’s a small grocery store nearby and a full supermarket in walking distance. A good beach is a longer distance, but still walkable and it wasn’t an issue for me. The balcony views are beautiful and the rooftop pool is small but adequate for cooling off though I never used it. No shade on the roof makes it less appealing than it would be otherwise.

Location was good in the quiet side of town. Place was clean and had a nice view. But unfortunately we had not such a good experience once their. AC on the living room was not working and dripping water all over the place. The TV remotes were not working properly including the TV in seconds bedroom was also not working. We arrived on a Monday and I asked for the wifi password several times and I got some but none ever worked. The worst of it was yet to come 3days in still no air-conditioning or actual response to fixing it still no wife but we had no water all morning. I was traveling with my 69 years old mother and 8 year old son so you can see why this would be important. I was very disappointed with the host as he took over an hour ir two to respond. And never answered when I called 😒. I travel often and this by far was the worst experience. Also no hair dryer is provided no iron ans ice machine in fridge also didn't work. A 6 on Location but a 1 on the host and details to the condo.

The property has a very nice appearance. We checked in on a Saturday and immediately noticed none of the 3 A/C units were working. When we called the number provided with the check-in instructions for the "local host" there was no answer and went to voicemail. When we called the number listed on Expedia, it went to an AI automated service that ultimately went to a voicemail. The next day we noticed the stove/oven were not working. Many many attempts were made to each number. It wasn't Until 2 days later on Monday that the "local host" answered. The Maintenance person came and said he believed it was a breaker. A couple hours later the electricians arrived to replace the breaker and said it was due to power coming to the unit, not the breaker, so there was nothing they could do about it. I used Expedia to message the host and requested a room change. They responded stating they would "meet with the team and respond with my options"... which never happened. As the cherry on top the water quit working in the whole building during the last night of our stay through our checkout time. This was the most miserable experience my family and I have ever had on vacation. There was no way to get any quick answers, especially over the weekend. In the end, we had no A/C and couldn't cook our own meals for 5 straight days, and on the last day we had to get water bottles to brush teeth and leave sweaty and dirty since no water to shower. We will never be staying here again and you shouldn't.

No se puede descansar, en la noche llegan muchas personas ajenas al edificio, hombres y mujeres y hacen fiesta en el área de la piscina. Dos dias seguidos que se amanecieron en el área. Mi familia se sentia insegura. NO REGRESARIA A HOSPEDARME AQUI. BUSQUEN OTRA OPCION.

Loved this location, conveniently placed near shopping spots, walkable distance to the beach and downtown area. Plan on returning to Puerto Vallarta and staying here again. Staff really makes you feel like home.
