"Room was spacious and clean, everything worked including cable tv. Food at the restaurant on terrace was great for the price. Short distance fron the beach."

"The location is amazing- in the jungle and facing the river. The property is clean and well maintained. Our room had a foam pad instead of a mattress, so too soft for me. I don’t know if all the beds are that way. "

"We loved our week stay at Atlas! Our suite on 3rd floor was clean, roomy, well setup and just perfect for us retired canucks. Karla and her staff were so kind and welcoming. Thanks so much for your hospitality and generosity! We will be back next winter! "

"It was a bit of an adventure finding Hotel Pacifica after a long day of travel, given it is located on the far side of the river with no obvious way to cross, but after asking directions from another "gringo" we found our way across the foot bridge. The suite was fine for three adults although a bit sparse in terms of kitchen supplies. Good enough for a simple breakfast or lunch but cooking supper would've been difficult. However, a couple of decent restos on the beach solved that. The life of...

"The apartment was clean, comfortable and good location in the marina. The view from windows and balcony are not great. You’re basically facing a wall of the neighboring building with a small view of the marina. Sun shines hot on balcony the entire afternoon. Not a lot of privacy between balconies on both sides. The only real complaint I have is that the patio on the roof is not open until 9:00 am which did not allow the viewing of sunrise at 7:20 am. Didn’t swim in the pool. "

"I always like to not be surprised. The studio was as advertised, in a great location a block from the beach and El Barracuda, and comfortable. If you have trouble with noise from cars on the cobblestone streets, this might not work."

"The resort itself was amazing, the views, the weather, the hotel room it was all great. the only thing we were disappointed with was the food. the food was HORRIBLE not only did it taste bad but i got the worst food poisoning of my life and threw up around 20 times. and no i didn’t drink the water. i only had food from the resort and nowhere else. "
"We enjoyed our stay at the Mio Vallarta. The rooftop pool/area is great. The hotel did not seem to be very busy so we had no issues getting a bed by the pool. The drinks at the bar were also very good. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options. There were over 5 types of fresh juices. Lots of fruits, breads, cereal. There was a hot station with Mexican dishes plus eggs, pancakes and other options. Also there was an omelet station. The only thing I did not like is that the employees are very controlling, they don't allow you to leave the breakfast area with any food or drink. We got a room on the 2nd floor on the back of the building and when the air conditioner was on we barely heard the noise of from the road. The location is great, very walkable. The food park is few steps away, very lively and only opens at night. We recommend checking out La Isla Mall, they have really good food options there. We had dinner at the KALIM Mediterranean & Sea Food, the food was amazing and so the service and the sitting area. We also had dinner at the La Dolce Ristorante near by the hotel. Lastly I recommend checking out EL OASIS DEL HOLI bar and grill on the beach. Access through the beach out by the main road turn after the La Isla Mall. Great place to watch the sunset and have drinks and also food. I definitely recommend staying at the Hotel Mio Vallarta."

10/10 Excellent
"We were on an ocean view, but it was a corner that overlooked the smoking area between the two hotels, we expected a better view but made it work.
The room we think because it was a corner was quite tight but extremely clean & well maintained.
"
"Room was dirty everything was run down terrible experience at this resort would never come back to it took an hour for maintenance guy to come up and get our hot water fixed the ac sucked was so damn hot in the room "
