Description: ground floor of a four-family building. Independent entrance. Large living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and dining table - double bedroom -

bathroom with shower and washing machine – large private fenced garden equipped with table and chairs. Double reserved parking space. Air conditioning in every room. Absolutely complete! Pets Allowed.

Pool open and usable from 01/06 with opening hours 10-13 and 15:30-19
