Location: the apartment is located in the heart of Numana, in the wonderful central square, in a new residential complex with private parking space. The wonderful Spiaggiola is only 350 meters away.

Description: first floor with lift. Large living room with double sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette - master bedroom with double bed - bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning in every room. Private and reserved parking space. Wonderful sea view! Completely new!

Pets are not allowed.
