First floor of a small building, with private terrace and solarium.

Entrance with large and bright living room with double sofa bed, dining table, kitchenette with dishwasher and balcony equipped with table and chairs - bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with bunk bed and single bed - complete bathroom with shower.

Upstairs, exclusive panoramic terrace with sink, barbecue and shower.

The property is equipped with a washing machine and ceiling fans in the sleeping area.
