  • Location: Two-story townhouse located along the famous Costarella, a historic fishermen's stairway that connects the town's historic center to the beginning of the seafront. Just 100 meters from the historic center and 200 meters from the Spiaggiola beach!

    Description: On two levels.

    Separate entrance level: living room with a double sofa bed and kitchenette with washing machine, dining table and chairs.

    First floor: double bedroom with balcony and ceiling fan, bedroom with bunk bed, and full bathroom with shower.

    Attic available.

    The house has a private courtyard.

    Pets are allowed

    The price includes:

    - rental

    - water, electricity and gas consumption

    - 24-hour on-site assistance

    - initial and final cleaning

    - supply of bed linen and towels for all beds in the house
