The suite was spotless and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Not only was the suite amazing but it had the coolest wrap around balcony!!!

Holiday Inn Nürnberg City Centre by IHG
Everything but the front staff were great. Front staffs weren't "bad", perse, they were just not engaged at all (and all 3 different ones i talked to during the stay). Friendlier staffs could have elevated the experience.
