We had a very nice stay there. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and you have everything you need. It is situated close to Ubahn station, so it is easy to get surround Nuremberg

It does not exist. Sounds crazy, but it is a scam! You arrive in a bad neighborhood and the address is there but the building is full of immigrants and possibly students. Noisy, dirty and very unwelcoming. No sign anywhere taht this is Nurban and nobody has heard of them.

Überbewertetes Appartment im arabischen Viertel

In der Erwartung ein Business Appartment in der „City“ vorzufinden, wird man sehr schnell von der Realität eingeholt. Das Miethaus mit den Appartments ist sicher aus der Vorkriegszeit und hat keinen Aufzug. Es liegt in einer der schlechtesten Gegenden Nürnbergs und das Sprachwirrwarr ist anatolisch-orientalisch. Parkplätze sind keine vorhanden und man muss in dieser dicht bevölkerten Wohngegend lange suchen. Nachdem man seine Koffer über eine alte und enge Holztreppe in den 4. Stock geschleppt hat, funktioniert aber der App-gestützte Zutritt sehr gut. Das gebuchte Maisonette Appartment ist auch überflüssig zu buchen, da der über eine halsbrecherische Wendeltreppe zugängliche obere Raum nur ein 2-Sitzer Sofa enthält und sonst NICHTS!! Kein TV oder Schreibtisch. Die Küche war vernünftig ausgestattet, aber die Krönung war, dass es im gesamten Aufenthalt nur kaltes Wasser gab.
