A beautiful property close to the train station. Convenient to the area and trams its a great base camp point. The staff was exceptional, attentive, and very thoughtful ready to help with whatever we needed. The restaurant was excellent and we really enjoyed the breakfast options. The wait staff is the best weve seen in Europe.

The hotel property was great; however, our room had a left over roll-away bed left in it (that we easily got resolved). The big issue we had was the bathroom that had black mold. The water and humidity from the shower created a breading ground for this and it’s only going to get worse.

We stayed one night and wanted to see the history of the town. Hotel was 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the town centre. Beautiful little town. We also found a great italian restaurant hidden away in the centre if the town.

The hotel was okay for a one night stay on our way to Frankfurt airport. It was within walking distance to Nuremberg old town. However, the facility was old and worn. the cleaning staff were using the same elevator as the guests to go up and down. The front desk staff were not friendly or knowledgable. They forgot that we had valet our car and we waited for 30 minutes before asking them again about our car status.

Zentral, in 3 Minuten zu Fuß im Bahnhof. Schönes Spa im 9. Stock mit fantastischem Ausblick. Prima Fitnessraum. Sehr gute Hotelbar und nette kleine Bar im 8.Stock. Essen und Getränke sehr prima. Beim Frühstück ist für 5 Sterne noch etwas Luft nach oben. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich, wir haben in den 14 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Unser Zimmer, weg von der Eilgutstrasse, war sehr ruhig. Wir waren nicht das erste und sicher auch nicht das letzte Mal da. Tip: Der Italiener gegenüber ist prima.

Das Personal ist super! Hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir waren über Silvester im Sheraton Carlton Hotel. Der Spa-Bereich im 9.Stockwerk hatte zwar leider über Silvester zu, allerdings beginnen ja schon viele bereits bei Dämmerung mit dem Feuerwerk und das konnten wir dann aus Sauna / Pool anschauen. Aus der VIP-Lounge im 8.Stockwerk konnte man dann auch beim Jahreswechsel das "richtige" Feuerwerk sehen. Ansonsten kann man zur Burg gehen, da ist allerdings sehr viel los. Bei der Buchung haben wir den Wunsch angegeben, in einem höheren Stockwerk unterzukommen und haben dann ein Zimmer im 7.Stock bekommen. Auch aus unserem Fenster konnten wir teilweise das Feuerwerk sehen. Zu Abend haben wir in der Pizzeria gegenüber gegessen, daher können wir zu der Silvester-Gala nicht viel sagen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist aber richtig lecker. Viel Auswahl und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
