"Die Handhabung in sein Zimmer zu kommen ist sehr stressig. Man bekommt eine Zimmernummer erst, wenn man im Foyer ist. Da gab es einen Terminal und dann waren da Karten. Habe keine Erklärung gefunden wie das funktioniert. Ist nicht Benutzerfreundlich. Mit dem Handy sollte man die Tür öffnen. Was, ..."
