"I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hotel. I booked and paid through Expedia, only to be unexpectedly assaulted with a demand for $100 in bond money upon arrival. When I questioned this charge, the old man and the female owner responded with extreme anger and hostility, as if I had committed a crime just for asking. Their behavior was not only rude but outright racist, discriminatory, and utterly unacceptable. The room was far below any standard — minimal facilities, uncomfortable, and utterly inadequate. The treatment I endured was nothing short of horrifying. I felt scared, humiliated, and entirely unwelcome throughout my entire stay. Despite my frustration, I kept quiet out of fear and sadness, but let me make this crystal clear: this is THE worst place I have ever stayed. Their blatant racism, disrespect, and complete lack of basic decency and professionalism are unforgivable. No one should have to endure such treatment, especially when paying for a service. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. I also read other reviews, and it’s clear they dismiss negative feedback, respond with hostility, and even accuse guests of lying instead of taking responsibility and working to improve. Their attitude towards customers is shameful. They may respond to my review too, but I hope everyone understands what kind of place this is — one that preys on vulnerable guests and treats them with contempt. Stay far away."

"This room was double booked we drove all the way down to sydney only to be informed at 3:00pm on the day that someone else had been checked in very poor communication and a outright disappointing experience."

"The host Jenny was very welcoming with great communication.The house had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. There was air conditioning in all rooms, a massive tv in the family room and all bedrooms also had tv’s. Parking right outside the house, a small yard to the rear with a large bbq available."
