「Great staff and rooms」

「Great place to stay, definitely recommend. They provide complimentary boat shuttle. Feels like a nice getaway away from everything. Tasty food.」

「Lovely place and the staff and customer service were stellar. The restaurant was also the best food we have had in Sumba so far. The spa is under construction, so there were no spa services, even in the rooms, which was disappointing. We were warned about the construction of the spa, but didn’t realize that meant there would be no place to get a massage even nearby for a reasonable price. Nevertheless, we give it five stars.」

「Il posto è magnifico. Il personale (giovanissimo) si dedica completamente a soddisfare i bisogni dell'ospite. Un consiglio: migliorare l'offerta del cibo e la pulizia della piscina.」

My main issue: staff entered my occupied room twice without permission. The first time the front desk knew I was inside, as I had just checked in. I had headphones on and did not hear the knock, but no answer...

Luckily we could relocate the next day to a villa with optimum views. The staff really did their utmost to satisfy our needs. The restaurant is located near the resort entrance and has sufficient selection of food for a few nights stay. Local and European. And a nice range of cocktails too, if you’re into it, to only the...

「We had a great one night stay at the Nirvana hotel in their presidential suite. The room was really lovely, large, comfy and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay and the breakfast and dinner were nice. Its location is good for tours in and around Tetebatu and it appears to be one of the most 'western' hotels in the area. We also had live music during our dinner which was really fun!」
