"The hotel and its location is really good , plus the rooms are nice clean and well kept Having stayed at other hotels I will recommend these one by far Food is good but it’s a shame , like all other hotels in Vadodara don’t serve local Gujarati cuisine , why is the question that needs to be explained The other thing nice about the express residency is that you can open the window and there’s very little noise thus you can sit quietly in room and enjoy fresh air Thus I have booked a further 2 weeks until I depart "

"The bathroom is very small. Limited choices in Dining. The service in dining is poor and with attitude. No parking for cars. Housekeeping services were excellent. The plus point is it's close to business and shopping areas and railway station and airport. "

Pros: • The hotel was clean and well-maintained. • The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. • Rooms were spacious, with good temperature control. Cons: • Check-in experience: The process was confusing. Initially, the staff insisted on a physical passport copy for check-in, but then suddenly changed their stance and said a copy of an “Adhar card” would suffice. This lack of consistency was frustrating. • Breakfast issues: The next morning, we were told we weren’t on the breakfast list. When we provided proof, the staff just took a random screenshot of our booking, which didn’t even have the hotel name on it. This raised serious concerns about their integrity and process. • Unprofessional pressure for reviews: Room cleaning staff asked for an immediate review while cleaning, which felt intrusive and inappropriate. • Lack of customer focus: Overall, the staff seemed to lack the training and understanding to ensure a seamless and professional experience for guests. Final thoughts: While the hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-located, the lack of professionalism and customer focus leaves a lot to be desired. If management improves their processes and staff training, this could be a much better experience."
