Lakefront vacation home with a rowboat!

The house is a typical Swedish vacation home with a classic yellow-and-white exterior. It sleeps 4–6 people and features a large living and dining area, two bedrooms (each with two double beds and one single bed), a kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom, a hallway, and a covered porch. The total living area, excluding the porch, is approximately 70 m².

The house is situated on a 3,000 m² natural property in a forest clearing by Lake Karsnäsasjön, which is approximately 60 meters away and visible from the house, in the Småland Highlands, approximately 90 km southeast of the city of Jönköping, near Vetlanda, and 3 km from the picturesque village of Nye, on a small, rarely traveled forest road.The property features, among other things, a large play area, a shed, and a small children’s playhouse (see photos).

In addition, two aluminum rowboats are available on Lake Karsnäsasjön, right at the house’s dock, as well as on Lake Värnen.
